City of Decay

"City of Decay" is a song I absolutely love by Megurine Luka... I never heard a version by Luki (I don't think one exists actually) but I think the atmosphere would suit him perfectly :3 I also got inspired a bit by Assassin's Creed, I must admit XD
Of course this drawing is for Luka's birthday, which is also Luki's! I love the Megurines so much, I couldn't forget him~

I love doing skies so much, it was great to be able to work on one~

His outfit was inspired by the new design of Luka V4, it may be modified a bit, but I'll probably use it some more! If you want to use it, please give credit to me and the designer of the original version! :3
